Cancellation Policy
A 20% cancellation fee is charged for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Appointments may be rescheduled (not cancelled) up to 2 hours prior to your appointment time without penalty. This policy helps to cover the cost of wasted time and product.
